NAPPI recognise 15 year partnership with Quest Haven

Quest Haven's Isaac Tagoe has been presented with a certificate to mark 15 years of working in partnership with NAPPI UK. The award was presented by NAPPI Managing Director, Helen Tait, during a dinner in Scarborough as part of an annual trainer recertification course.

Isaac has attended many such events as he was one of the participants on the first NAPPI trainer programme in 1999. Although Isaac does not 'formally' deliver NAPPI modules anymore, he 'informally' teaches his staff every day by example and on-going coaching.

Helen said, "Isaac has always been such an advocate of the NAPPI programme. Although this maybe the last year he comes to complete the trainer course, he will still remain one of our trusted advisors."

The strength of NAPPI-client relationships was noted by a BILD assessor during the recent successful reaccreditation when he commented about "A highly successful part of this delivery is bringing people together in such a way that constantly exposes their practice, delivery and experience to other participants and in this sense is constantly peer reviewed and open to challenge from fellow participants, always with the aim of improvement and enrichment."
