Training

Award in Education & Training (Level 3)

An initial award for those delivering training to adults. Learners will evidence a good understanding of their role, show that they can organise effective learning, and have personally developed through evaluation and reflective practice. This 12-credit Award is completed in three units online, plus a 15 minute micro-teach session to be recorded and submitted for assessment. Cost: £525 + VAT.

Certificate in Education & Training (Level 4)

A first stage teaching qualification that prepares learners for teaching and training, using a wide range of contexts. Learners will demonstrate their ability to use initial and diagnostic assessments, with planning and delivering inclusive sessions to adults. It requires observation and assessment of 3 hours, plus a log of a further 30 hours teaching practice. A 36-credit award. Cost: £1295 + VAT.

Assessing

Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment (Level 3)

Intended for assessors who will assess occupational competence in an individual's work environment. Learners must achieve 9-credits from 2 mandatory units. Cost: £525 + VAT.   


Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement (Level 3)

Intended for those who assess vocational skills, knowledge and understanding in environments other than the work environment e.g. workshops, classroom or other training environment.  Learners must achieve 9-credit from 2 mandatory units. Cost: £525 + VAT.


Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (Level 3)

Intended for those who assess both occupational competence in the work environment and vocational skills, knowledge and understanding in environments other than the workplace (for example a workshop, classroom or other training environment). Learners must achieve 15-credits from 3 mandatory units. Cost: £695 + VAT.

Quality Assurance

Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (Level 4)

Intended for those who maintain the quality of assessment from within an organisation or assessment centre. Learners must achieve 12 credits from two mandatory units. Cost: £525 + VAT.    


Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (Level 4)

Intended for those who lead a team of internal quality assurance employees.  Learners must achieve 17-credits from 3 mandatory units. Cost: £745 + VAT.

PBS Awards

Implement Positive Behaviour Support (Level 3)

The aim of this course is to develop employees who support individuals who have complex needs and can display behaviour of concern. This course is particularly useful for those employees required to provide a professional qualification. For example, as required by Approved Trainers under the Restraint Reduction Network Training Standards (2019). Cost: £275 + VAT.

Implement Positive Behavioural Support Model (Level 4)

The Level 4 qualification, Implement the Positive Behavioural Support Model, is aimed at those working with individuals who have complex needs/continuing healthcare/severe challenging behaviour. It provides the learner with knowledge, understanding and skills required to implement the positive behavioural support model. Cost: £525 + VAT.
