I found the red behaviour scale particularly useful. I can see fully how this may be used in a person centred way and feel that this would be a great benefit to support workers and the people we support. The SMART principles work really well. Taking on board all the elements of smart will work well in the workplace and perhaps change some peoples opinions.

We have risk management strategies that I will be amending for some individuals by using the green and red behaviour scales to help understand the communicated behaviour better. Also ensure peoples lives, particularly in the productivity areas, are fuller.
