Increased confidence in planning and working to reduce behaviour that presents as challenging.
Charts and tables have been clear and I happy to put these into practice so when on the crisis line I am equipped and ready. The PBS model is amazing.
Even though I donít see people face-to-face this encourages me to be more aware when I am out of the office and when I work with communities with mental health concerns.
It will help me think a lot more about the dynamics of your relationship with the people that I support and reflect on verbal relationships as well.
Iíve also learnt that I will be talking more can deescalate.
This will be discussed at team meetings and will use the information to the poor people in the community and to be able to connect in this space. It has also been beneficial for me to put my teams and my family.
The way I engage with colleagues and people I support with more openness and understanding about who they are and how they may operate. I have received a lot of information on all facets that affect individuals behaviour and responses which I need to look into and respond to appropriately.
The course has provided me with so much information of how I should be able to respond to in individuals risk factor.
