This course will fundamentally change the way that I do my job in a positive way. I will become competence in respectful in every situation I encounter. good training I really enjoyed it.
The ability to remain calm and confident is due to having the knowledge from the training for both parties to remain safe.
I have enjoyed learning about the red behaviour scale and intend to put in place within the service that is a very good piece of work to enable the staff to work more effectively according to the individual needs.

I found the Lalemand red and green behaviour scales very informative about the service user. Also the way to restrain service users without force was very good and gave me more confidence if I had to use this.
