I will be more able to understand and help service users more effectively in addition to knowledge Learned.
Take the relevant tasks and with confidence as I am more equipped to protect myself and services is through implementing a safe way to support someone displaying challenging behaviours.
The NAPPI training that I have received over the last three days has been fantastic I have learnt more than I thought, I am also very happy to put the new skills into practice and have a team meeting to talk about putting it into action, thank you Tony.
I feel more confident using NAPPI as it is less aggressive than [Former Provider]. I have found the paperwork simpler for everyone to complete and refer to across the service due to the better documentation and consistent language.

NAPPI training will help us focus a lot more on psychological techniques to support our service uses. To prevent behaviour's from escalating which is much needed.
