What are they? Training courses delivered at your site, developed with you, to ensure that the course content covers the needs of both your service users' and your employees.

Level 1 - Non Restraint courses

Focused on using psychological and non-abusive physical self-protection skills to assess, prevent, and manage challenging behaviours.

Level 2 - Non-abusive Restraint/Holding courses

Building on previously learned psychological and non-abusive physical skills to effectively mange more frequent/severe challenging behaviours.
