On-site Training Courses

What are they? Training courses delivered at your site, developed with you, to ensure that the course content covers the needs of both your service users' and your employees.

Level 1 - Non Restraint courses

Focused on using psychological and non-abusive physical self-protection skills to assess, prevent, and manage challenging behaviours.

Level 2 - Non-abusive Restraint/Holding courses

Building on previously learned psychological and non-abusive physical skills to effectively manage more frequent/severe challenging behaviours.

Level 3 - Advanced Non-abusive Restrictive Physical Intervention

Building on the Level 1 & 2 psychological and physical skills employees now learn additional management for more frequent and serious challenging behaviour. Training includes non-abusive restrictive physical interventions (restraints) for a wide variety of challenging situations.
