NAPPI uk achieved Aset Centre Acceditation in 2007 and now provides a wide range of Aset courses to complement the current NAPPI courses.

Level 2 Certificate in Emergency First Aid in the Workplace

The ASET Certificate in Emergency First Aid in the Workplace will provide the learner with the skills and knowledge to take on the responsibilities of an appointed person in the workplace. The aim of the course is to develop the first aid skills that are required to take initial action in dealing with health emergencies that may occur in the work place.

The ASET Level 2 Certificate in Moving and Handling will develop a learner's awareness of relevant legislation and procedures that have an impact on health and safety responsibilities in the workplace.

This award develops the skills of those who may already have some experience of presenting, or who are new to the role.Learners will develop skills to give engaging presentations. Learners will learn to make use of visual aids and supporting technology.

This two-day course will provide practical skills on training, coaching and developing others; whether one-to-one, faciliting small groups or delivering formal presentations within the workplace. Also appropriate for experienced trainers who wish to update skills and gain a recognised award.

The purpose of this programme is to enable practising assessors to monitor and evaluate their own professional practice; and to demonstrate that they play an effective part in centre assessment and internal quality assurance processes.
